My aim as your counselor is to help you to feel empowered to better manage difficult thoughts, feelings, situations, and symptoms.

In my practice, I integrate the use of CBT, DBT, psychodynamics, attachment theory, interpersonal dynamics, existential exploration, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness.
